Conditioning Horse Feeds
Baileys - No.4 Top Line Conditioning Cubes - 20kg
Barley-free & based on micronised wheat, Baileys No.4 Top Line Conditioning Cubes are non-heating, highly
digestible and renowned for restoring lost condition without blowing horses’ minds. They also provide excellent
quality protein which is vital for developing muscle tone and top line along with soya oil for coat condition and
as an additional source of slow release energy. Their effectiveness means that weight gain can be promoted
without having to resort to excessive volumes of hard feed, helping to avoid the associated digestive risks.
With a superior vitamin and mineral profile, No.4 Top Line Conditioning Cubes are incredibly versatile and can
be fed to all types of horses and ponies at rest, in work or competing up to the highest levels. The formula also
includes a boosted natural antioxidant package containing grapeseed extract, vitamin C and E and Sel-Plex
organic selenium, to support the immune system, which is particularly beneficial to underweight horses who
may be generally run-down. In addition, No.4 Top Line Conditioning Cubes includes probiotic yeast and Digest
Plus prebiotic to promote digestive efficiency, which is advantageous to horses that might be travelling and
competing frequently and require additional digestive support. Equally, their digestibility also makes them an
excellent choice for the older equine, especially those with poor dentition since they can be easily softened
with warm water or soaked beet pulp.
Baileys - Hilight Improver Conditioning Cubes - 20kg
Baileys Highlight Improver Conditioning Cubes are a great value, fully balanced conditioning feed for horses.
They are non-heating, highly digestible and help restore lost condition without the 'fizz'. Highlight Improver
Conditioning Cubes provide excellent quality protein, which is vital for developing muscle tone and top line and
soya oil for coat condition and as an additional source of slow release energy. Their effectiveness means that
weight gain can be promoted without having to resort to excessive volumes of hard feed (helping to avoid the
associated digestive risks). Highlight Improver Conditioning Cubes are incredibly versatile and can be fed to
all types of horses and ponies at rest, in work or competing up to the highest levels. They are also an excellent
choice for the older equine, especially those who find it difficult to chew since they can be easily softened with
warm water or soaked sugarbeet pulp.
Saracen - Conditioning Cubes - 20kg
Saracen Conditioning Cubes is a high fibre, high oil and low starch ration to provide optimum topline, muscle
tone & stamina. They are ideal for supporting weight gain in poor doers or those with limited appetites, horses
and ponies requiring a feed to support optimum muscle & topline development and those requiring controlled,
slow release energy for optimum stamina. Saracen Conditioning Cubes are formulated to a barley and whole
-oat free recipe helping to keep the starch level low and also include the incredibly effective Equi-Jewel®,
a high-fat supplement which supports low feeding rates, optimum condition and topline development. Energy
is supplied through highly digestible super-fibre sources for optimal digestive health & manageable behaviour,
whilst the quality protein sources support muscle repair and development. The inclusion of Equi-Jewel in this
ration also provides a concentrated source of calories (energy) reducing the reliance on cereals (starch) to
provide the energy. Equi-Jewel also provides a very effective source of essential fatty acids to support stunning
skin and coat condition.
TopSpec - Cool Condition Cubes - 20kg
TopSpec Cool Condition Cubes provide non-heating, conditioning calories and are ideal for horses that need
condition without the 'fizz'. They are designed to be added to a feed balancer or supplement and contain no
added vitamins or trace-elements. This is why TopSpec call it a 'blend,' because it is a blend of straight raw
materials rather than a complete feed. One of the ways in which Cool Condition Cubes are superior to most
straights however, is that they have been supplemented with the major minerals calcium, sodium and
magnesium which means feeding these cubes to working horses instead of cooked barley, sugar beet or alfalfa
will reduce or even eliminate the need to add salt. Cool Condition Cubes combine the brilliant properties of
being seriously cool and seriously conditioning, this is a very rare combination. They are formulated without
the use of any cereals, so they are not just oat-free or barley-free, but 100% cereal-grain-free. At the same
time they have a good conditioning index of 12.5MJ/kg (equivalent to most cereal-containing, conditioning
compound feeds). The formula is also very low in sugar and starch, high in fibre and therefore ideal for any
horses or ponies requiring a low-starch/high-fibre diet for other reasons e.g. problems with muscle function
or a past history of laminitis.
Dengie - Alfa-Beet - 20kg
Dengie Alpha-Beet is a high-fibre, low sugar & starch, conditioning feed. It is ideal for aiding hydration or for
older horses & ponies who struggle to chew longer length fibre. Alpha-Beet is also an ideal feed for any goats
that struggle to hold condition, breeding does and fussy feeders. The combination of alfalfa and unmolassed
sugar beet pulp provides 'slow releasing' energy in the form of highly digestible fibre. Alfa-Beet is therefore
ideal for weight gain without over exuberance. Alfa-Beet is also ideal for older horses, ponies & goats where
the provision of good quality protein is important and where maintaining condition is often a struggle. Dental
problems? - no problem! Alfa-Beet is soaked to produce an easily digestible mash. Alfalfa is naturally low in
sugar and Alfa-Beet contains only a quarter of the sugar found in conventional molassed sugar beet. Fed with
Dengie Hi-Fi Lite, Alfa-Beet is ideal for those horses, ponies and goats which require a lower sugar diet.
Alfa-Beet is easy to use as it soaks to a mash much more quickly than conventional sugar beet pellets (only
15 minutes). For soaking, we recommend three parts water to one part Alfa-Beet. *Alfa-Beet is suitable for
the healthy maintenance of horses and ponies prone to laminitis.
Allen & Page - Calm & Condition - 20kg

It is suitable for horses and ponies at rest to hard work and also used successfully for competition horses.

levels and premium grade herbs also combine to promote optimum condition along with a unique pre and
probiotic blend for digestive health. Please note: Do not feed dry. Calm & Condition contains unmolassed
sugar beet and must be soaked for 5-10 minutes before feeding. This product contains ONLY 5% sugar.

horses and ponies. The addition of rape seed oil makes this feed excellent for providing slow-release energy
without the fizz. As Alfa-A Oil is free from molasses and cereal grains it is ideal for over-excitable individuals or
those prone to muscle problems. It Alfa-A Oil is made from pure alfalfa which has been chopped and dried at a
very high temperature to lock in the natural goodness and provides 12.5MJ/kg of slow-release energy, which is
comparable to a conditioning or competition mix, but provides 10 times less starch. Alfalfa is rich in highly
digestible fibre, packed with essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and high in protein making it ideal for
helping to develop muscle tone and for muscle function. Dengie Alpha-A Oil is low in starch, contains no added
sugar, but does have a high oil content, making it perfect for show ring condition, healthy skin and coat shine.
