BEC - Single Door Poultry Crate

The BEC poultry crate has a sturdy construction, and is manufactured using quality plastic materials which are
resistant to sun UV damage and also frost damage. The crate has a top loading, sliding-door mechanism, with a
large opening for easy access. The poultry crate is also easy to assemble and clean, and can be flat packed for
convenient storing. These crates are designed to last for many years of hard use.
'Broody' Coop/Carrier - Bantam Size

A strong, white coated, wire pet carrier, which is ideal for transporting birds, or for cooling off a broody hen.
The top opens for easy access, and the carrier comes complete with a cup feeder and drinker. For a 'broody',
the cage must be off the floor, by resting the corners of the cage on bricks, for example. Leave the hen in there
for five days to stop broodiness.

The Chick Box is the ONLY Plastic Injection Moulded Nest Box System. It offers many advantages, making Poultry
keeping and welfare much easier. It offers an improved module nest box rather than a fabricated wooden alternative,
and it will save hundreds of hours cleaning over the life of the poultry shed, more importantly it is a massive step
forward when managing red mite, disease and bacteria within the important nesting area, and the laying hens love
them! The chickbox has been designed to be smooth, but non-reflective inside with no corners to harbour red mite or
bacteria build up. The perch assembly slides out giving full access for cleaning and will save you hours of work and
keep your flock healthy and productive. The Chickbox is also draught free, but is ventilated to keep the hens warm in
winter and cool in the summer. The perch bracket is at the perfect height with additional grip detail to easily allow the
hen to lift herself out of the chickbox. The perch is slightly higher than the perch bracket this encourages the hens to
favour standing on the perch, and any droppings then would fall clear of the nesting area.
It is recommended that 4 laying hens to each chickbox is a good ratio.

These are unbreakable, and extremely realistic looking, brown rubber nest eggs. Use them to stimulate broodiness
in stuborn hens, to encourage laying. The eggs are hen size - Approx. 42mm x 56mm, and available in a pack of 4.
Egg Boxes - Layer of 3 Boxes

These are quality grade, unmarked grey fibre egg boxes. The boxes are hinged on the short side, and will take
up to six large hen eggs. Quantity: 1 x layer of 3 egg boxes.
