A highly penetrative solution that aids in the lifting of scabs prior to eliminating bacterial infections that lay underneath. To use, wash affected areas, apply the cream soaking around scabs, and allow to penetrate. Leave for 10-15 minutes, then slowly remove scabs and exudates with cotton wool or gauze.
